Overall I like the diversity of people at the Y all doing their own thing no matter what their age but also willing to help one another if asked to do so.
Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the morning, especially on days when a class is taught in the gym that reduces the available work out space.

The Y, a leading local and regional institution, serves a wide spectrum of social, economic, and generational members. It serves its members exceptionally well.
The Y accomplishes its mission with grace and ease. Staff is caring, engaging, and professional. The YMCA team, its “face”, is welcoming. Having joined the Y several decades ago, it counties as one of the best decisions i have ever made.
