What do you like about our program and activities?

This program has giving my girls confidence that no other sport has given them, their coaches have been amazing and we cant Thank Coach Jenn, Coach Cassie, Coach Erica and Ciach Stephanie for the amazing support we have had all these years.

I was in the area and decided to check it out. Big enough to meet any exercise needs yet small enough to have that personal feel. I also noticed many different programs going on while I was there.

Excellent facility with lots of up to date strength and cardio equipment. The variety of staff training sessions and the entire aquatics center with 50meter lap lanes is a huge asset to my fitness needs. Lastly, I meet some terrific members there who become great friends over the years.
