It's a wonderful facility to get heathy both physically and mentally meeting a lot of fellow members who a have similar philosophy to live a healthy long life.

As a Y member for many years, I have been continually impressed with the Y's responsiveness. If pickleball is in demand, there are pickleball courts, teams. The Y has expanded it's yoga and Pilates programs with more classes lead by excellent, caring instructors as well as props such as eye pads, blankets... For those using the equipment, there are updated machines. The facility is clean and the culture is friendly and welcoming. You can find the director at the front desk interacting with members. There is community and also opportunity to give back with food and clothing drives. Yes I always recommend the Y.

It's a community resource. You get together with others to try to be healthier and it's heart warming that you get to see children while you're there.

There is a large variety of equipment, classes and activities available and a large focus on community. The facility is very clean and well-maintained and last but not least, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Coach Matthew is a great coach and does an amazing job at keeping the kiddos entertained and engaged in sports. The program is great and im glad i signed up my kid for it!

My daughter is doing gymnastics and she is happy. She is confident and very proud of herself.

The staff there are very pleasant they help you with any thing that arises and is also a very clean facility. There are lots of lockers to keep your personal items safe, the hours open also very accommodating.
I have to say that, Judy, matt,, Lee, and others really do a period job and a pleasure to know. Ansley on the other hand who works in the office on the first floor. I have to say it’s a great warm human being who’s always there to help and assist in anything needed it is a pleasure to know her

Up until this week, I would have said excellent.

For an unknown reason, last Tues. a whole class of us showed up for an 11:00 Fit for life class to learn there was no teacher. WE suggested maybe a substile could be supplied; a tape could be projected to work from. No suggestion was even considered and stil,l no reason given.

I speak for myself, but others felt the same: Why could no one give us a reason, create a substitute, or supply a tape, video for us to work from or at least be up front about a reason the class was cancelled with no notification.

Great instructors , wide range of classes to choose from, a wonderful sense of community.

Very friendly on walking in the door. Great vibe: so much activity, members interacting with each other, super friendly and helpful staff. All age groups are present, this is a very open and welcoming place.

Karen Sullivan is the best yoga teacher! I feel lucky to have found her.

The large variety of children's and family programing.

Clean environment. Friendly staff and clients. Parking isn’t a problem.

Two water fountains could use some attention (they’re warm).

Great programs, facilities are clean with plenty of areas for different fitness and community activities.

New equipment. Not very busy. Locker rooms and sauna is like a dungeon. I hope you redo them soon.

The Y offers great classes and facilities and an opportunity for community. I’ve been a member for years and would recommend it to anyone. I also enjoy the fact that there are other facilities I can use.

Friendly staff, great equipment and seemingly enough of it (new weight machines help!)
My only complaint is that sometimes it f eels COLD up there!

Enjoy the aquatic classes. Pool is the best around. Community locker room offers individual changing rooms.

It has helped me so much with my healing process. It has made me some new friends. It has made me not afraid of everything. It has taught me I can do it, I might not always succeed. But the staff is so warm and helpful. I hope I can keep my wellness journey on the right track.

Clean, well-lit, full of people who are having a good time being fit. Good to see so many young people "hanging out" in a safe space, getting some exercise, seeing friends. I always come away from the Y feeling cheerful, not to mention it keeps me fit!
