The facilities are the best on the North Shore. The instructors and staff are excellent. For a lot of people, including me, it’s our happy place.

Lots of class offerings, and I felt very welcome jumping into a class for the first time
Both Stirling Center and Soul Center are such beautiful facilities. Last visit, I swam laps and had a lane all to myself. I proceeded to cold plunge and sauna. It was glorious.

Great staff, energy, equipment, it's always a pleasure to work out at the Y. I've visited most of the MA Y sites, and while they're all fine, I believe that Sterling is the best Y in the state.

The variety of STEM camps was awesome this summer, my son got to try a little bit of everything, the activities were fun and educational and doing different camps allowed him to meet lots of new friends.

Great staff, great facilities that are worth definitely more than the cost of membership. A great community center that does a good job serving a very large audience. Clean, modern and a great bargain.
