At the Campbell studio I have been enjoying taking C2 and CR classes with Charlotte each week during the summer. She is an outstanding instructor! I enjoy taking her classes because she is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I am fairly new to yoga, and I was blown away that she was able to guide me through the steps to get into a Chakra Bandhasana and a Pincha Mayurasana, two poses I have been wanting to work on, but didn't think I could do!! Her challenging, encouraging, and supportive instruction are the perfect balance that have helped me to grow stronger and become more confident in my practice!

I have taken Annalise’s class a few times & it’s consistently wonderful with unique & reasonably challenging C2 flow. Good pace & sufficient time lingering at each pose to work one’s strength as opposed to many other instructors whom speed through the class with too many poses but not really working out much. Highly recommend Annalise’s class!
Class structure, instructors, relatively clean facility
From the very first class, it was clear that she brings not only strong technical knowledge but also a genuine passion for teaching. Cristina creates a calm, inclusive, and encouraging environment where students of all levels feel supported and motivated. The classes are well-structured, thoughtfully paced, and always infused with clear explanations of each movement and its purpose.
I am a dancer so yoga incorporates stretching, which is good for my sport. I really like they sculpt classes cause it helps me workout and condition my body and my body stronger and more fit.

Nice facility and the best HPF class in the Bay area with the right temperature for GPF. Need to have a 6pm HPF class as an option.

I recently attended a Sculpt session and can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calming and welcoming. The lighting, music, and overall vibe immediately set a peaceful tone.
Our instructor, Emma R., was fantastic. She had a warm, grounding presence and guided us through the class with clear, gentle instructions. The flow was perfectly balanced a mix of challenging poses, strength training with weights, and restorative stretches. She offered great modifications for all levels, which I really appreciated as I'm still building strength and flexibility.
What stood out most was how connected I felt to my breath and body. It was more than just a workout it felt like a reset for my mind. I left feeling stronger, more centered, and completely refreshed.
Highly recommend this class to anyone looking to deepen their practice or simply unwind after a long day. I’ll definitely be back. Once again, Emma, you’re the best! 🤟
