It was my first yoga class ever. It was a welcoming environment and I felt no pressure whatsoever, unlike other gyms. Overall it was a great experience and I’m excited to try other courses.

Isabel is one of the best yoga teachers! Highly recommend her sculpt class. Winchester location can use some facility update though.

Showers not great (Only had cold water) but the studios and instructors are amazing!
Great staff- strong, balanced, knowledgeable and kind. Great customers too. Core-Power is a little expensive but its worth it if you are into yoga.
