This is the cleanest location, with a super friendly instructor. The locker room is spacious and clean. I was very impressed with this location!!! I will be a regular at this location now.
The instructor has a beautiful voice that is calming. You can tell she cares about the people that join her class.
I like that there's an option of having hands on correction or "leave me alone please" cards - have never been to a studio with that before. Also that there are little tape marks of where to put your mat so there is space between you and the person next to you. It was a great no-judgement class. Do what you can and what your body is capable of.
Zeny is fantastic, she is very knowledgeable in the practice and helpful and sweet as we go through our practice

It was the best power Yoga sessions i ever had. It was enjoyable, it challenged me, made me work hard :). The teachers were super nice and motivating! Loved it

Studio is okay. Restroom could be cleaner.
I like the teachers. It makes all the difference. The facilities with the humidifier and heat is also important and I find that the Winchester location is the only one I’ve tried so far that has the correct heat and humidity. The one thing about Winchester is that they don’t clean the mirrors. Mirrors always seem to look dirty.
