I have always enjoyed yoga but CP just brings the level of service, class friendliness and knowledge up a notch from taking yoga at a regular gym. I always feel great coming to CP from the moment I'm greeted at the front; the instructors and other fellow yogis, to the time I walk out of class feeling empowered, grounded and satisfied!
