Clean studio and friendly staff! The C1 class taught by Sarah was the perfect class for me - I used to do yoga couple years ago and wanted to get into it again. She was very hands on and knowledgeable.

When you get a great instructor it makes the experience everything. Mythri just does an exceptional job, brings great energy, and wants to make sure everyone gets a tremendous workout. I'm grateful for her attention and really appreciate her class.
Great classes that challenge me
some very experienced teachers who provide great instruction (along with others who are not good) - once you figure out the schedule and how to deal w/ parking it is a great place to practice

Love that there are cubbies at the front of the studio, so everyone takes their shoes off before heading through the lobby. I also noticed that some of the locks have been engraved with SCS CPY. Dope!
I do wish there was a bit more lighting at the lobby front desk. The hanging lights look like they want to be used :)
Great studio layout. I liked how big the women's changing room was. Much bigger than the Alameda location.
