I have never had more fun exercising than I did in Hesham’s sculpt class. His upbeat workouts were high energy and fun! Plus you can tell he really loves his students and wants them to enjoy working out as much as he does. I’ve already told all of my other corepower friends to stop by Santa Clara square to go to his class. You’ll leave sweating and smiling after the great workout and uplifting instructor.
Classes always meet my expectations. They are challenging and Elisabeth at san Jose was an amazing instructor. And also very helpful and friendly at check-in.

Studio is clean, easy to park and get to, plenty of storage. Great consistency in teaching staff (nice to have the same instructor continue to teach the same classes and have them switch up their routines and music).
Very helpful and beginner-friendly instructors! New to yoga. Encouraged you to take on each move at your own pace. Helped me complete poses properly with step-by-step instructions.

Could you please increase the number of C1 classes at your studio?
This location is very nice and is the easiest to navigate in the immediate area that I’ve been to. There has been a lot of changes made to the instructor scheduling lately that is really inconvenient as a regular. Some of the more recently hired instructors don’t have the experience and enthusiasm as the older instructors did who have moved on or changed studios. I hope that changes with time, but it has made me look elsewhere at other corepower studios close to me for more experienced instructors
I enjoy the consistancy and that I have the option of mixing up my practice with different classes. I always feel welcome in the studio, the staff are fantastic.
