Love people, classes. Clean, well bathroom might be cleaner (hairs on the floor and in showers). Only one recommendation please provide information what essential oils are used in your mists. I had allergic reaction on my face after 3 days going to classes, face was burning at night. Had to stop for three days . Thanks irina
Schedule of classes on weekends, having a couple more 10/10:30 classes could be great for that area bc on weekends the parking lot is very crowded and difficult to find parking

I attended the beginner class and it was amazing. The instructor was attentive and set great expectations at the start of class. Front staff was helpful and friendly as well. Definitely felt welcomed

I love CorePower! I love the variety that the studio provides and I love the way Melissa is so welcoming. If you can, catch one of her sculpt classes! What's really great is the unique variety of instructors and the freedom they are granted to run their class in a manner in which they choose. From the music to sequence and even lights when Michael is subbing. As a former dancer turned mom of three, CorePower has helped me regain some flexibility, strength, and confidence all while shedding pounds and having fun. My hope is to hit the mat 100 times in 2020.
