I love the classes at CPY Winchester! The instructors are all really good which means I have a variety of class types / times that I can take. I always walk out of class feeling so refreshed, no matter which class. The heat is always perfect and I feel like I worked out but also stretched out.

I love going to this corepower! I have been going here for more than 6 years now. I was in sculpt even with my 8 month preggo belly (thru 2 pregnancy)! The facility is always clean and all the instructors are always friendly and welcoming. Thank you for helping me keep up with myself!
This was a great intro class to bring my partner to. The instructor took his time to show us all of the positions and show alternative poses as well. It was a great flow. Thanks for being open on Christmas Eve!

This team is AMAZING! I feel that I can get an great full body work out, and with so many options and levels of classes you will never get bored. The studio is absolutely beautiful as well, the instructors are so knowledgeable and kind I can’t recommend CorePower Yoga enough.
Jake is a great instructor!
I love workouts. It gives me what I need, whether to build strength, flexibility, or to just rejuvenate. My favorite teachers are Jake, Emily K, and Noelle because they teach me new things, challenge me constantly - I love their classes!
note to staff: Angela's 630am sculpt class - I had to leave early because I was almost falling asleep at how uncharged it was. Then I did Jake's 630am sculpt class the next week and it was the difference of 0 to 10. Love Jake's workouts!!!

I enjoy corepower very much. I usually go to Almaden studio, but Winchester has alternatives if Almaden does not have what I want.
I have taking Tone & Chris classes for Hot Power Fusion. They were great. I was sweating so much and feel great after class. There are a lot of stand & balance postures in this class, so be ready. Will take their class again, and highly recommended for their classes.
The studio is very clean and organized. Alison is so welcoming and positive. I felt motivated and encouraged throughout class and her energy was just what I needed to push myself to get a great workout and be glad that I showed up!

I enjoyed the instructor and the studio very much. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how the room smelled very strongly of body odor.
