I absolutely love this studio and the classes. In particular, doing Sculpt on Saturdays has been a highlight. My only feedback is that at Julia’s 10:30 class on Saturday, it was packed to the full 60 people. The music was loud, which is great, but with that many people and the music, she really needed a mic. The back two rows, even in the main section, not just the back, couldn’t hear her at all. We all had to rely on watching other people, to which they also seemed confused and kept doing different things. It was very hard to get a work out in because we were constantly reps behind trying to figure out what she was saying. This was the second time packed like this I’ve seen this and everyone leaving the class sitting back by the racks were frustrated.

Maddy had a burner sculpt class, best I’ve been to! Loved how she kept the energy up. Such a good workout, she hit every muscle group. Will have to go again soon.

I love that I know every class has a good teacher and that the quality of the class will be what I am looking for. I love that there is a very flexible schedule to meet my busy changing schedule.
A couple of things I have been wanting to ask about. I would love the 8:00 am weekday classes to start at 7:45 am. I am always headed to work and that 15 minutes would be VERY helpful and allow me to come to class more.
I also wanted to comment that I DO NOT like the INCREASE in HUMIDITY to the classroom. The heat is ok, but the humidity is opressive and can hinder your workout.
Great instructor, hard/hot work out. Roseville is the cleanest and nicest studio in the Twin Cities!

CorePower Yoga has been a life changer for me~ I LOVE!! The instructors are just wonderful~ their energy and positivity just radiate ( I have been to the St Louis Park, Minnetonka, and Edina locations) I especially enjoy the challenge with the heat and humidity in the room.. 💪🏻

I go to the NE facility and love the instructors and great amount of class offerings! I wen to Natalie's class yesterday for sculpt! It was amazing!
One comment, and this may have actually been resolved, but sometimes when I go to sculpt when classes are full, most of the weights I use are often not available. Especially the 8 pound weights. I did see that yesterday there was a stock of green 8 pound weights so maybe this has been resolved, but I got to class early so I wasn't sure.
