The best teachers!!! Lindy, Jill, Wendy, Nikki, and Bridget make every session worth coming to. I leave happier, healthier, and more grounded after every one of their classes. I just wish the studio would get cosmetic upgrades after all these years; the lobby and locker rooms undermine the value the staff is providing.

I love the heated space, not every studio has that. Mark is a fantastic teacher with thoughtful flows with plenty of options to work postures to varying levels of experience.
Hannah is an absolute rock star of an instructor. She always delivers.
I love the atmosphere, the class structure the workout, the teacher. Just an all around great workout. My only gripes are I wish we didn’t have to be right on top of each other for a little less sweat from others in our space. I would have a membership but it doesn’t work with having a baby at home when my husband travels often for work so no childcare!

Love the yoga classes. I just wish there were some more late afternoon classes. 4:30, 4:45, 5:00.
There is a long time between 4:00 and 5:30 with no classes- and the 5:30 classes seem to be getting a lot busier as of late.
