I like the instructors, the supportive environment and the apparel
The music kept going out on Lauren but she handled it super well and was able to still guide us without music for quite some time and then quickly found a way to fix the music. I know she was really stressed about the situation and kept apologizing but I think she did a great job handling something completely out of her control! She is also one of my favorite teachers and does a great job making the class challenging and fun.

wendy is THA BEST! she is so great at setting up for success and staying quiet for second round of bow in HPF. she was the first teacher i experienced at core power and totally inspired and encouraged me to do teacher training 2023! yeah, this is just a big shout out of love and appreciation š
Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I love how the instructors guide you through your practice and take the time to make sure youāre following through each movement correctly. I have had positive results in my overall health and body strength since joining CPY, Maple Grove.

As a longtime member, I would appreciate no cancellation fee if the class is not full. Circumstances come up with work, kids, etc. I understand a few might be necessary if youāre taking someoneās place in a full class, but only in that circumstance.
