I love your studio. The staff is excellent and the classes are great.
Very friendly environment right away, people at front desk explained everything that I needed to know and told me if I had any questions they were there to help! After class the instructor spoke with me more about my free trial and exploring classes! I will be back!

I am however disappointed that you're closing the EP location for several weeks and I never received a communication about it. I heard through a friend. I understand it's because my "primary" location is in Minnetonka, but it would've been nice to have a heads up.
I am so grateful the company is making improvements, but I do wish the timing didn't overlap with Minnetonka. These are the 2 studios I frequent most. I can go to other locations but my other complaint is the classes are so full it's uncomfortable. A certain amount of space is required to move freely and be comfortable breathing without worrying about sweating on my neighbor or worse, having their sweat flung onto me. It might be time to revisit the occupancy max for each class.
