I rarely see instructor of hot yoga participate in poses. It was a little hard to hear, so having a visual helped. Definitely coming back.
Location, teachers, consistently
I have been loving the Sunday community class and the 7pm Monday and Wednesday hot classes! All of the instructors I've met (Sanjiv, Britney, Abby, and Mary) have been so welcoming and helpful. I have loved the pace of the hot classes and the difficulty adjustments that can be made to make each movement easier or more difficult. I can't wait to come back for another class!
Every teacher is nice they teach well too!

I come to the Minnetonka studio for four of the teachers: Lindy, Chris, Sarah and Caroline (aslo Dani, but I don't get to her class as often as I'd like). All four have exceptionally challenging classes -- the flow and consistent balance of strength and cardio against a backdrop of high heat/humidity is the perfect recipe for a great workout. I don't think their classes may be for everyone, but I do believe, based on the other people I speak with there, that their classes do appeal to people who want to be challenged. Their classes are humbling and inspirational. So appreciate these instructors -- I hope they continue to push us. Best 60-minute workout there is,
I enjoy going to Core Power Woodbury; the instructors are friendly and informative. I usually take Hot Yoga with Mary on Saturdays. She is very encouraging and uses her dance background to incorporate new things to learn for her yoga students. I have completed 325 classes at CP, 1 class weekly, as I do yoga somewhere else as well. I am looking forward to my next 325 classes at CP.
It is gentle enough on my body that I am able to modify and do what works with me, at the same time building a lot of strength and balance. This is perfect for those who want to remain independent as long as possible, move within their body with more ease, and find balance and strength in everyday life. The breathing techniques help so much with managing stress and anxiety. It gives me a little more time before I react, and it’s a whole body workout.
Great community. Such a gift to be able to be a part of this. The classes are the perfect workout for me.
It is my belief that everyone would benefit from core power yoga!

Hi love the Maple Grove studio! It is my second home and I love the community and instructors. Jen teaches an outstanding C1.5! There are not that many C1's or C1.5's anywhere around the Twin Cities! I wish there were more! Not everyone wants the heat and CPY needs to accommodate more to the people who are new to CPY, have injuries, or don't want heat all of the time. As a person who goes to ALL formats, I sometimes want a C1 or C1.5. I tend to go to C1.5 on Saturday's because I like to do back-to-back classes and I don't want two classes at higher heat. Jen is an instructor that understands the heat and her students and she is always teaching beautiful classes.

I like the studio lay out and the instructors. They are very conscientious of the students and their experience. I have received the most V BP D and MAC cues where ai can actually feel the right muscles fire up. They choose quality over sensationalism.
I love Dani’s Hot class! I like the format, but I love Dani’s music, uplifting energy and teaching style, and her intentions.
