The instructor was very easy to talk to. As a new comer to yoga it can be a little intimidating not know the moves and the correct positioning of certain body parts but she was very thorough in the way she explained so that o could keep up and be successful.

Teacher s excellent, encouraging, showed progressive positions for Crow for beginners like me, and much harder position options for experienced students like the guy who did a headstand at one point.
Loved class with Ashley! I live closer to two different studios but drive out to Minnetonka because the instructors are really the best! btw, I miss stadium village! haha

I am doing the 1 week free, my first visit was great - very welcoming - would like to see more restorative and C1 levels as that is my preferred style.

Nancy was incredible! I am new to yoga, and as an obese female, I have to modify several of the poses. Nancy was welcoming, positive, and led us through a great workout. I was able to put my heels all the way down for downward dog for the first time!

Friendly staff, options for class times and types
I mostly go to Ally Sch classes here, as well as Angels. Ally has some of the best classes I have EVER attended. Not only are they perfectly challenging, but her music is always fun and she has a way of explaining each movement so that we can really make sure our form is on point! Angel brings so much energy to her classes that even if you just rolled out of bed, you’re going to wake up quickly and have tons of fun with her. The Edina studio is always clean and Laura B, the manager, is truly one of THEE nicest people I have EVER met!
