From the moment I walked in, her energy was infectious, making the workout both challenging and fun. The movement was perfectly balanced, pushing me to my limits while still feeling accessible. Her cues were clear and motivating, and the playlist was absolute awesome — every beat lined up perfectly with the movements, keeping the energy high. By the end, I was drenched in sweat and feeling so strong. Maddy knows exactly how to inspire and push you in the best way possible. If you’re looking for an incredible Sculpt class, take hers! Can’t wait for the next one! 💪🔥✨

I've taken Michelle's YS and Rachel's C2, and they both are top level instructors. Their experience and confident voices shine through into their varying and tweaking routines, music selection, motivation and inspiration to the class. If they aren't yet, I'd recommend them as trainers for new CP instructors. I'll definitely be back to take more.
Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Teachers are great with the classes and give excellent instruction.
