SLP is not my favorite studio, but it is the closest to my home. I have recently found several teachers that are very good, after some disappointing classes this summer. Reena and Amy Fo lead a beautiful C2, Darrin is a crazy hard Sculpt teacher and is fun and has great positive energy. Glad to find some classes at this studio that work.
I love the staff and class schedule. The variety of classes is very nice!
Instructors are fabulous! I also like the C1.5 class offering.
It's a great workout and the instructor did a great job with the workout. The free black Friday class was super great!
I love CorePower, but even more, I love Eve's class on Sundays at 8am. She is the best yoga instructor I've ever had, and I'm a member so I can attend her classes!!

My instructor made me feel welcomed and comfortable. There were locks for me to use for the lockers. The atmosphere was calming and meditative.

Love hot power fusion! Always great it’s my favorite class! I wish there were more options in the evening and weekends so I would be able to go. It seems they are only during the working day lately in the west metro studios :(

Nora’s classes are always fun, great music and invites space for creativity. Grand is my favorite core power studio!
I like how good of a workout I get in 1 hour and how good I feel after. I also enjoy how no one says anything when I need to take a break and just sit on my mat during class.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Beautiful studio and it’s clean. Was able to pick up a mat on sale for Black Friday as well and Laura helped with selection. Great first experience at this location; I will be back!
