I love the rooms, the floor, the amount of heat most days. I really appreciate the attention to detail for all the moves. What good is it if someone is doing them wrong!! It is easy to get in. And out! I didn’t mind when the steam wasn’t there along with the heat!! There are enough variety of classes that if my favorite teacher isn’t there - there is another option!

Lots of class types and class times to pick from. I recommend adding different levels for Yoga Sculpt though. That is an intense class to begin with and some teachers are more intense than others!

I love the strength X classes and the teachers. My only complaint is there aren't enough weights, especially 15 and 20 lb weights...please add more! :)

I really enjoyed my class at Northeast! It was a hot yoga class and involved some strength exercises and some relaxing basic yoga. I loved the instruction and how he was able to be relaxing but get some laughs in too.
