I absolutely love Elizabeth's class. Every week it is a little different. I feel I get a full body work out. I truly appreciate all the breathing exercises at the beginning to get tuned in to practice yoga.

I love the quiet, warm room and the well trained teachers with good intentions they share with us. It is definitely a mind, body, spirit experience. I think it is so wonderful to have a place to go and experience such depth. I would encourage all teachers to find deep meaningful things to say and talk about with our intentions when we are doing our practice.
