Taking care of my child always leaves my body feeling stiff and sore, but after doing yoga, my body feels relaxed. I sweat a lot too, so I always feel refreshed afterward!

Warm clean yoga room. Sometimes yoga rooms are too cold for yoga but this was perfect for yoga. The rest of the facility was also at a good temperature and clean.
Always a good time-workout at Broomfield East! Jenaka, the manager, brings consistency to this CPY location. I am a classpass member as my employer pays for it, use to be a CPY member, so appreciate being able to utilize ClassPass for CPY. Miss Maggie has a fire EDM-based Sculpt, my fav!

I always visit this studio when in Boulder. The teacher Jennifer Bowen was fantastic. Her cues were so helpful and appreciated. I loved the flow because it was challenging and customizable. I felt amazing afterwards!
