I like the teachers at the Westminster location because they all seem to be deep in their practice and I always leave feeling like I worked hard in their classes.

Logann is a fantastic instructor!! I felt really bad for her, there was a couple who held an entire conversation during class. There was another lady who was wearing AirPods and doing a completely separate flow. Our instructors deserve the respect of every student who should be there with the intention of flowing with the class. Logann did an amazing job and I really enjoy taking her classes.

The hot yoga classes are amazing! Such great teachers and such a great practice. I’ve been doing it for a long time, and it never disappoints. I’m so grateful that this class is here!
My instructor Melissa was wonderful. She introduced some positions I have not tried before. I felt deep relaxing stretches with the use of a strap she suggested.

Dee Anne was an amazing teacher, professional, courteous, welcoming, personable, patient, great teachings on poses and providing alternative poses for any tight spots.
Sound bowl was amazing for final pose.
