Visited this studio while I was in town for work and the instructors were incredibly accommodating! Camille was awesome and really pushed the class to challenge themselves. I haven't had a workout that good in a long time and will definitely be back if I'm ever in town again!

I was a core power member for two years - I live part time in Boulder and Part time in SLC.
The studios are clean, instructors are great and well versed in their mode/expertise.
Now I live more than a half hour from SLC studios, so I ended my membership,
If CorePower yoga opened in Ogden area… I would join again in a heart beat.
Tunde led a creative, dynamic, advanced sequence that was so unexpected and fun! Pace was quick. Heat was high but humidity wasn’t overwhelmed. Had such a good time moving through an explosive sequence without being wiped out by overwork. She left plenty of time to cool us down and enjoy a savasana all within the one hour class which I really appreciate.
Will be back for her class again soon!

Kind and highly skilled teachers and overall good vibes at this studio. My up regulated nervous system is soothed in comparison with some other studios in my 8 years of practicing yoga in Boulder county. I was tentative as it is a national corporation, but I am so pleasantly surprised by their hiring standards. Authenticity is valued and that’s refreshing indeed.
