I am always impressed by the excellent teachers
I do mostly sculpt classes and think they are great. A few of the classes I attend are crowded. Generally people are considerate but Monday evening sculpt was packed and I received very negative response to politely asking someone if I could squeeze in next to them. I saw this happen with others too. Please remind teachers or studios somehow that mat markers are to be used and for everyone to be polite! It really ruined my experience for that day and made class really uncomfortable. Thank you!
75 min C2 was just what I needed. Just started coming back to yoga after 5 year break, since COVID. So happy to be back!

Heidi's sculpt classes are wonderful.
Denise was great. The sculpt instructor cancelled and I didn’t see notification and drove from Boulder to Louisville to fin out no sculpt class. Denise offered up her hot yoga class and I walked out much less cranky than before the class.
