Great instructors and small classes with a lot of options

The class was very good. Great flow and descriptions on movements.
Did not like: The sound system was not properly set up at 6:30 and people were still in line ready to check in at 6:30. These 2 resulted in starting about 10 min late.
I am able only to speak to the hot yoga teachers and experience. First, the reinstatement of the Tue. and Thur. 9 AM hot classes is most welcome. This provides the clientele an additional opportunity to practice and rounds out the schedule with the surrounding studios.
Next, I am pleasantly pleased with the hot teachers most of the time. The issues with the heating system appear solved. I believe the music speakers are finally in working order. The studio could probably benefit from a coat of colorful paint given the aftereffects of the heating system work, but the overall experience in the studio is professional and productive.
Finally, whatever issues I have, and whenever they occur, they pale in comparison to my general attitude about this studio: which is that it delivers an excellent service filled with caring people. I think highly of what occurs at Westminster CP.

So many good class offerings
Yoga sculpt is my favorite class but I really don't like the recent changes. Every class incorporates the same moves and when you take multiple classes a week it's nice when the classes are totally different because you get a better cross body workout. Teachers that are seasoned veterans should be able to do what they want to do in a class. I can see where a brand new instructor should stick with the newbie routine. I really don't see the value in a 15 min. warmup with chaturanga after chaturanga. You have lost very good instructors because of these new rules and it is ridiculous.
I also think that there should be a limit on how loud the music is played. When it is loud it is not only damaging to everyone's hearing but the instructor can't be heard over the music.
Chelsea's class is a dream! She is so patient and calm, and she creates a safe, relaxed atmosphere for C1 students to learn and grow. I also love her playful teaching style. Her class is wonderful. Thank you, Chelsea!
