I Love many aspects of it.
I Love that the kids are able to compete among their peers on not only skill, yet etiquette.
Through the practices, games and participation the players grow as individuals and as team players.
I love how they can play with different teams players for it allows them to see the many styles each and everyone of them have.
As well as being paired with different coaches who are always pouring on to the students their expertise, angles, styles, constant pointing to what they are doing well and where they can potentially achieve uniquely from their own building style.

Our coach Micheal Blinco is amazing! He’s so patient and kind while also giving instruction for improvement. The program being Friday afternoon and Sunday afternoon provides opportunities for families to engage and spend quality time together outside without screens! My son has been doing Jr. PGA since he was 7 and chooses it over every other activity.
This is a great organization that gets kids outside playing golf and enjoying the sport.

The competition between other PJAJr leagues in our area
Great way to get kids out playing. However, this year the course was very crowded, we had to play three somes a couple times. Perhaps we could split the teams by age groups or have an additional night for tournaments so they move along faster, Thanks, overall it’s a great experience!
Teaches the kids to be independent thinkers and have self control. So good for them to be outside soaking up the sun and getting exercise walk out on the course.
Team play and coaching
The coaching and information around how to manage yourself and your playing partners around the golf course. I feel these fundamentals to make golf a life long journey are approached from a great angle and made a primary focus of the program.
My son loves it. And the overall experience has been great.
