You guys are great. Just one thing, if you say a bike is going to be ready on a specific day after a service, and it isn't going to be ready, a phone call will do wonders and you will not end up with frustrated customers who invariably have to leave work early to get there by 5.30pm. Only to have to do it all again. Specially that one has to book about 3 weeks in advance. Thanks.
