Friendly extremely helpful and great service always go the extra mile. When first buying the bikes we went to four other shops. From the moment we walked into the store we had great service. 2 of the others after half an hour we still hadn’t been acknowledged.

I'm looking for a people who can offer good advice and respectful service. Unlike 99 bikes. I moved away from My bike shop for a few years because it was not conveniently located - for me. My previous bike shop was Aspley - but he closed.
Good people, good service, genuinely good all round customer service, they have time to have a bit of a laugh. A good laugh is tough to come by these days.So extremely happy thank you. DAN.
Friendly local knowledgeable service with a smile
As normal Jason and his team look after their customers, I am always telling people within our mountain bike community to speak to Jason if they are looking at upgrading or just general advice. Can't fault them.
The attendants were very helpful, as I was shopping for my grandson. Jasper explained the workings of the bike and pointed out the attributes of the particular bikes. I would definitely shop there again and I would recommend their service to friends.
