1. HOWEVER when ordering a fill up itis unknown how much is needed but you charge for 233 gallons at the current price which if it is less it takes several days for the first charge to drop off. It would be much better if nothing was charged until delivery,.
2. The recovery charge needs to go away. If you need to charge for delivery then add a penny to the charge of the price of a gallon.

customer service is better than most when I have to visit the Windham, ME location.
Your price of propane is higher than it should be though. I even signed up for a savings plan with automatic payments but you still are not as competitive as others.
