I've never had a "bad" haircut from Sport Clips. I've seen many different stylists, but never been disappointed.
Caroline (my stylist) is a dear and very competent in her work and interaction with the clients. i have one request, whereby when i try to check in for an appointment that your system would allow me to pick a time for my stylist from multiple time slots and not the next in line, (i.e. i call at 11:00am and need to have a 4:30pm appointment). i hope this is something that can be implemented with Sports Clips (as i did not find this function recently). i know a couple of other facilities ( not Sport Clips) offer to schedule different times and dates for appointments. thanks

Alex was outstanding. One of the best haircuts I've ever had. She was the ONLY one working the floor despite having two other associates and manager there with her. She did a great job managing it all. Also, that manager needs to be fired. For her to completely blow off customers by attending a meeting and then leave to Walgreens is nonsense.
The people who walk through the door should be the No. 1 priority. Not a trip to the store or attending some meeting. Sport Clips is fast for a reason. It's not built to keep people in the lobby for longer than needed.
We LOVE Ms. Tonya! She is the only person my grandson allows to cut his hair. She does a great job and always makes it feel like we are visiting a friend!
