I would like to recognize , Hailey O. , my recent stylist. She was very courteous, friendly, professional, and communicated well.
She mentioned a comment that was put in my file over three years ago, regarding a bald spot that was due to a medical issue that is now since been resolved.
My issue is that over the last three years NO one else has ever mentioned that to me & that note has never been modified , changed or deleted !!
It’s pretty obvious that I don’t have a bald spot .
If Sportclips is putting messages or issues with their customers in their account , than the stylist, has an obligation to address that each time they show up.
If Slirtclups can not do this effectively , then don’t put anything at all!!

Fantastic, personalized service. Always feel welcomed and comfortable with my experience at Sport Clips of Denver. My stylist, Chrystal is amazing and not only gives a great haircut, but she also cares about me as a client and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her!
