It may sound “corny” but I’ve been to many hair cutting shops and they never cut it good enough to make me want to go back to them. And so i tried sports clips and each time, (no matter the stylist) its always to my liking and now i go there everytime for a haircut :)
I like the service that I have received the hot towel and the head massage with the shampoo is the best good hair cut also.

I like that I can make my appointments via the Sports Clips App. It's handy and quite reliable. Your team is always friendly and personable.
Improvements: I'm certain that your stylists are well trained and I always get a nice cut and wash. It's a great thing that they can look at past visits to get an idea about how a client prefers to have their hair done. But refresher classes about how a head massage is done, how a back massage is done and for how long would add a nice consistentcy level to the customer experience. Rushing to get to the next client is never okay.
