My hairdresser Love was great, very attentive and caring, and convinced me to get extra service and return in the future. I visited the Birkdale location on 3/7, and it was first my first time at this store. There's always a bit of apprehension when you're working with someone for the first time, but within minutes Mandy put any concerns I might have had to rest. She was professional, listened to what I wanted, and then delivered. Is there a more simplistic, yet powerful model for delivering OUTSTANDING customer service? No, that's the one. Rinse and Repeat.

Amelia always does a fantastic job. She takes her time and my haircut is always the way I like it. She is a very nice person and makes me feel like a valued customer. I have never had a bad experience with her or any of the other staff at this location if she is not available.
I would like the scheduling app to allow me to schedule an appointment though sometime during a particular day instead of next up. I have to be near the location. I would like to be able to schedule it a particular time. For example if is 11 and I am tied up until 2 and my stylist is working then, I would like to be able to schedule a 2:00 appointment instead of getting within 5 miles and getting on the list for her next opening.

Terri ,was very nice and did nice job on my hair, it seems as though every time I go there I get somebody different. But I go there for a reason, cuz most of them do a pretty good job. I like the fact that you can watch some sports while you're getting your haircut plus you can get the MVP with a massage hair washing and a cut and dry.
