Absolutely amazing experience. My stylist Jonaya was just the best. She asked pertinent questions about my hair and how I wanted it cut. Recommended products after the cut as well. I didn't feel like the haircut rushed. Just overall great! 100% recommend!

The staff and store managers are great. At the corporate level, leadership needs to offer more compensation & incentives to keep the good stylists from leaving. I have been a loyal customer of the North Raleigh and Wake Forest, NC locations for several years and have seen too many good stylists and managers come and go. It is time to take care of the people running your stores who generate the revenue, stop being top-heavy and greedy, because it is now impacting the loyal customers like me.
