The ladies that work at the Denver, NC location are always so sweet with my boys (ages 13 and 9). They also offer them options for how to style their hair, so they can have a fresh look. Very thankful to have such a wonderful staff at your Denver location!

Generally, I have had good experiences, friendly staff and good cuts. I just wish there wasn't such a turnover of staff as i like to stay with the same stylist.....
The facility always looks and smells good; I don't do the fancy services due the cost anymore.
My only suggestion? Keep the cost of cuts no more than 25 for a cut only; once it goes higher, I go to Great Clips where the cost has remained almost 10 dollars cheaper......I like to tip, but 30 dollars is as high I am willing to pay......
Otherwise, nice store on Klumac, good people and welcoming atmosphere...

The service I receive from Alexus is impeccable. She is a true professional and does a great job.
My son got his hair cut. He said it's a men's shop only. His stylist said "I can do it. Have a seat." I was thrilled I didn't have to go elsewhere. Very professional, excellent

Amy, at the Wilson location, was absolutely phenomenal with my 10 year old son. She took her time, was very cautious & precise while cutting his hair. She was knowledgeable about how to address tricky hair patterns. He walked out feeling excited and confident. Thank you, Amy, for an amazing experience with a very nervous little boy! ♥️
Your scheduling app SUCKS!!!! Let me make an appt. Tell me if Meek is scheduled or not. Don't make me have to call to find out when she is scheduled this week. Then don't make me have to drive over to find out that her schedule changed and suggest I try to schedule 45 minutes before her shift to start only to find out you cannot do that.., You have to walk back in and wait 45 minutes...
The APP absolutely SUCKS unlike Meek's results.
The other problem is I gain a relationship with a stylist and then all of the sudden they are not on the app roster. So you have to go in person to have someone spill the tea... And they won't even tell you if they moved EVEN IF IT IS WITHIN THE COMPANY NAME CUZ SOME ARE FRANCHISED AND SOME ARE COMPANY OWNED. That sounds sick and vile as if there is competition within the Brand.
Start taking appointments for regulars who have their own stylists and still offer WALKINS -cuz your app only schedule WALKINS. Waiting for Meek for an hour as an app signin is not an appointment after walking in at her app in time only to be told she would be in an hour after....

Sherrica at Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC cut my hair and did a great job. I did not know what to expect but she worked with ease and made me feel comfortable. She tapered the hair around my neck which I was always nervous about doing concerned with how it would look, but it looks good and the service was good.
