Love all the Tea Tree products and learning about their healing properties. I've invited several friends & family to join me. All the years I've spent going to different shops, I've learned that not all services are the same. While in Daytona Beach I left furious then in tears because a stylest passed me up after a 45 min wait, then told me she does not cut women's hair. I only came in for a shampoo!!..., but she never ask me that, just called on the next person. Prior to that I was told i could only get a trim because women's hair is more complicated...so I go elsewhere for a layered cut. Yesterday in Denver, NC a stylist told me she could layer it better so it would be more fluffy for my curly hair. So, maybe next time I will try a cut there. Also, I wish the products were priced. It seems everywhere I go it take 3 people to pull up a register price. But I keep coming back for the shampoo and massage...that's the best!!

Every thing was good from beginning to start when I told the stylist to go ahead and fix some stuff on my haircut, she kind of made a face and noticing that she left some careers on top of my head and my fade is not even faded in well then that was good good customer service on top of that but still to something and she just did her face and proceeded with the job not even doing it right
