Clarissa is wonderful. I just transferred stores due to the manager at Barclays pointe in Wilmington I have left two reviews and there both negative. The manager literally just told me sry we’re not cutting your hair anymore today I said why because I gave you two honest reviews she said no because the way you made us feel the other day. That’s another story it’s insane to think that I told the truth in the review have never raised my voice or been disrespectful and a manager can just lie to the owner and tell me I’m no longer aloud there I highly recommend college over the pointe. I have a friend who works at the pointe and is absolutely terrified of the manager and was there the day I supposedly acted out and said she’s sry for my experience. There needs to be contact information for higher ups you literally have one of the biggest Karen’s and liar doing what she wants this is just insane to me and I own three company’s I would loose everything if I acted that way to customers but I guess you guys don’t hold people accountable. GO TO COLLEGE NEVER THE POINTE
