I took my two sons, ages 14 and 3, to get a routine haircut. It was the 3yo's first haircut and the stylist, Eduardo, was very kind to all of us. He gave us hair clippings and a little "first haircut" certificate. He made sure that I was happy with my son's style and that both of us were comfortable. My older son's stylist was Terri. I was busy with the younger one, but Terri made sure that my oldest received the style that he wanted and came and asked me questions to keep me informed. It was a positive experience overall. I appreciate the online check in process as the salon was busy and checking in online saved us time.

Things I like: local locations, friendly/professional staff. App that allows getting in line from home and having a good idea of when my time will happen. Don't like that I can't see who's working when, ahead of the day and after they open. I'd like to be able to plan my week.
I enjoy the personal touch, being called by name, knowing what haircut I like, being able to schedule with my barber (Laura) online, the shampoo, etc. I can get my haircut anywhere, and even cheaper in some places, it's the personal touch that brings me back and attention to detail.
