The lady that cut my hair (MVP) was great. She did a wonderful job and was very nice. Took her time and did my cut correctly and asked me if about how it was during the cut so that I was able to have adjustments made.
The salonists are very nice. They will check with you to make sure of what cut you want before they do anything.

I've been a customer for about 20 years, and invariably have a positive experience. The crew is friendly and skilled.
I have only one suggestion. Your pricing on the MVP relative to the Triple Play doesn't provide the value add associated with a $3 upcharge. A 20 second shoulder massage isn't worth it.
Let me suggest adding a second hot towel (also keeping the message) which, in my opinion, would give the necessary additional benefit to justify the upcharge.

I like my hair stylist very much. Her name is Rubi very professional and a pleasant to talk with while she’s cutting my hair. And by the time I get up from that chair, I feel good look good thank you Rubi. Love that kid.
Checking in online so you don’t have to wait is likely the very best feature. Whenever someone walks in, however, they need to validate that their name is on the board and ready. Otherwise you’d end up waiting you to see for a long period of time. Consumers need to know how that process works, especially if they’re just starting using it.
