The bad news is that the SportsClip phone app SUCKS! Yesterday, I joined the wait line for Tylisa and was told to be in the store by 12:50. When I arrived at the store, it showed me that the wait time was 77 minutes!! So, the app never sends an update, even when I have joined the Line Up!

My Stylist at Crossroads Plaza in Cary NC was extremely attentive and addressed my concerns about my previous haircut at another location. She also made the MVP treatment more desirable to use each time with the way she went through each step of it, especially the scalp massage. Not all scalp massages are created equal. Some stylists just go through the motions. She went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I am the worst at remembering when I first hear someone's name and almost always forget it. I would really like to get her first name to make sure I go on days she's working in the future.

Staff are wonderful and the cuts are great. Best part of the MVP is the shampoo with scalp massage along with the hot towels for the face. It's all just so relaxing and melts the days stress away.

Dianna is great and is the reason I go there . I’m happy with all products but the app leaves something to be desired. If whoever designed the Chase app could do y’all one it would be a huge improvement
