Sarah is awesome and wonderful to work with and she does high-quality work, but I have to be transparent, your app and your scheduling system is not good at all and it needs to be intuitive. I don’t wanna look at a map of where the location is when I’ve already selected the location. You need to make your app a lot easier to schedule and that’s precisely why I stopped in and waited for Sarah instead of going through the conundrum of trying to work with your app

The App makes it really easy to track your place in the line up so you can continue to go about you day and be notified when to head over. After about 45 minutes, I was notified I was on Deck and headed over, walked in, and waited only five minutes before my team was ready for me. The team knew exactly what my preferences were from previous visits. A1 class act.
Your stylists provide good haircuts, and with my seniors and military discounts, they are good values.

Jessica did a great job cutting my son’s hair. He is 5 and extremely ticklish but she worked with him and was very patient even though he was wiggling too much. My son’s haircut is very even and straight even though he was not the most cooperative customer at times. I really appreciate her taking the time to make sure he was happy with the length of his bangs and I would recommend her service to anyone who was looking for a great kids cut!

The care that was taken to ensure that my haircut and beard trim was how I liked it. The wash and the hot towel after the cut makes you feel fresh and invigorated. Along with the mini massage you get as well.
I take my sons and myself regularly to Sportsclips. Allyson and Anne are amazing every time. My younger son is highly sensitive and they have always been very patient and kind, really helping him to stay relaxed and be able to enjoy the experience instead of being fearful. We won't get a haircut from anybody else.
I have been going to sports clips since 2014. I have always enjoyed every person that has cut my hair. The ladies at the mooresville and salisbury location are fantastic. Logan, Sasha, and Stacy have always been great and I will continue to come see them as long as they are there.
