Getting a haircut is always a good experience; friendly, professional staff.
Very professional. Excellent service. The only problem that I had was that at this visit (my first) I signed up for first available and though my name was initially ready to come up it kept getting bumped by others who also signed first available (but as I was told) online so they walked in ahead of me.

The convenience of online check-in that allows me to see if my preferred stylist is available and when. Dani is the best and she knows exactly how I like my cut to look. But I also like the being able to go in if she's not available knowing that any of the stylist on duty can take care of me.
