I'd like the notification system. On my latest visit that let me know that the stylist was going to be available earlier than originally stated. The stylist new from records what I wanted from the haircut, checked with me to confirm that was still what I needed, and did an excellent job.

This was my first visit to Sport Clips. After navigating the check-in app, I was impressed how Laura listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She did a terrific job. I was in and out no time with a great haircut, and a great value.

The convenience of online check-in that allows me to see if my preferred stylist is available and when. Dani is the best and she knows exactly how I like my cut to look. But I also like the being able to go in if she's not available knowing that any of the stylist on duty can take care of me.
