Everyone is so pleasant & helpful starting with the girls at the front door!! All machines are cleaned after each use!!
I like my instructors: Andrea for Silver Sneakers, Cindy and Donna for yoga. Wish there were more regular adult yoga programs available (besides Thurs 6 pm and Fri 8am).

I enjoy the swimming. I haven't been upstairs, since re-opened. But before COVID, I did enjoy the steps class and the weight room.
I enjoy the Deep Water Workout. It’s a good class to get all my muscles stretched and feeling good. Maureen is good at mixing it up.

The childcare center is great, my two year old loves all the workers there. The new equipment in the fitness area is great. It was a nice surprise after the Covid shutdown.

I can do my favorite activities before and after work. Thank you for adding Yoga! Would love more Barre classes. Stumbled on this last year. Had no idea what it was. Market this more and you would have more participation. Thank you for adding diverse workout options to enhance my workout routine that keeps me mentally and physically strong during these unprecedented times.

The weight room is excellent, and the machines are kept very clean. I feel confident in the cleaning protocols in place.

I liked that the room for exercise was marked clearly and had good ventilation.. The instructor was friendly and specific in her instructions. I like knowing why I am doing certain exercises.

I loved the fact that the locker room and shower were open and available for use. I like the fact that you have the water classes everyday and also, on Saturday and that the times for the Saturday classes are a little different.

I am a senior & they have a lot of programs for us
While it’s been a slow crawl for me to finally get back to my normal workout routine, I have been nothing but impressed with this the facility since it reopened. I’m especially excited that the Saturday noon zumba class has an instructor who has brought life back to that time slot.
I just started back and feel very safe in Cindy's yoga class.
The programs are varied for interest and fitness levels.
