Your water Aerobics instructor is excellent and knowledgeable
Been awhile since I have been able to work out on a regular basis. I recently had a heart attack & my cardiologist is sending me to a cardiovascular rehabilitation specialist & advises me not to return to the Y until the rehab has been completed. That date is pendiong as I am not yet enrolled.
Spacing.
All the folks working at the Y are so helpful. I have arthritis and use the pool. Prior to covid, I attended the arthritis class and it changed my life most positively. I have also benefited greatly from the “senior women on weights” class. The wholesome attitude is friendly for families, and I especially enjoy watching parents and children interact.
Wish there were a few more evening classes added to the schedule.
Like being able to come back and use the new workout machines. Also love to spin. Would like to see more classes added as time progresses.

I liked the Silver Sneakers classes before the virus hit us. Hope to return more often when it is safe because of my age.
the availability of lap swim times
Everyone is so nice. I have only tried the swimming class at 9 everyday. Things are clean and organized.

I love that there's a yoga class every day at 6PM. Easy schedule to remember and jump into. I also love not having to sign up ahead of time as we never know how our evenings will go a day in advance.
I LOVE Pathways. Amazing staff. My kids loving going to the Y to play there or basketball. Can't wait until Kids Night Outs return!
This location has all the equipment needed to perform any workout.
Variety of programs and classes
:Your silver sneakers program is really well run, with distancing and cleaning.
We love the swim lessons. The instructors are consistently high quality.
Offers a lot. Upgraded equipment.
I like the cardio machines but during this covid crises you need to figure out a way to have more tread mills available. It's a large building so I am confidant you can figure something out.
Family friendly
I really don't partake much in any of the group activities or exercises. I'm more of a lifting and cardio person. Most workouts, I do it on my own.
Don’t use programs or activities.
The facility is always clean. The equipment is up to date.
Pickleball!!
Please consider adding TABLE TENNIS
There are many choices. I enjoy the pool and it is very clean

Can’t do much with bad back. So pool and just shooting baskets!
