I do not take part in any program or activity. i exercise before work and the staff I encounter is great. Unfortunately your late opening time and closing of the showers has me looking for another gym.
Flexible classes regarding types of classes and times classes are being offered. As time goes by with COVID 19, I hope the YMCA will offer what was offered in the past.

Everything is great. We love the new equipments and the cleanliness in your fit. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We just hope you can add an hour like before to the Child Care cause an hour for gym is a bit tight. Otherwise thank you for everything and hope it won’t close for any covid reason.
Like the aquarobics taught by Maureen Donoughe. Started in the old pool and have continued since.
You do a good job with the resources available to you. My family loves the new weightlifting equipment, and I Y cycle regularly.
You also have developed a thoughtful plan for dealing with reopening amid the pandemic.
That said, I do have concern that social distancing practices among patrons to the Y are quickly being forgotten, especially in the main fitness room.
Water class in the pool.
My kids are older: so we do not do Adventure Guides anymore, but it is a wonderful thing and probably does not exist during Covid. I go 2-3 x/week to workout in the new weight room as the machines have been replaced.
I like the people who work at the YMCA because they are kind and willing to help me if I have a question or questions.
Convenient schedules. Instructors seem to know what they're doing.

great staff. great equipment and return to service (almost nothing is ever out of service or broken). my only wish is that it was bigger sometimes during rush hour!

I love that there is child care available. It makes exercising way more attainable for busy parents. I like the idea of Kids Night Out, but wish it was on a Saturday and maybe from 3-7 rather than 5-9.
Large cardio section
I especially like having a dedicated space to stretch and do warm up exercises. The other two west side Ys near me lack that space.
I like the variety and offering times of the group wellness classes.
I would like someone to help me and give advice about the use of the machines. I am a member and would like some help on what machines I should be working with for what I want to accomplish. Thank you.
