I enjoy the Saturday spin class with Tom and the variety of other classes. I wish there was some type of weight training class on Friday evenings for those that have to work and can't do the day ones.

Clean, friendly environment that encourages people to try different things, not just exercise, but many activities. So grateful for the pool, aquafit, truly has saved my joints.

Not happy with the Hydro bed usage policy. Requiring a "Premium" Membership (which seems to have no other benefits) to use the beds more than once a month is ridiculous. Regular members should be allowed to use the beds a least one time per week, once a month is a slap in the face and makes this policy seem like nothing other than a corporate money grab. I have been a paying member of the Lakewood location (family membership) for thirty years. The YMCA's mission, I have always believed was to be a Community Center, this policy seems more Corporate than Community

It has been very hard to find yoga at YMCA's in my area and I do enjoy being able to come there for yoga.

Programs and instructors are great and they meet my needs.
The building and equipment are clean, and I can get any instructions I need from the staff. The Executive, Kevin, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Good instruction and my daughter has fun.
