Very good daily and weekly online schedules make it easy for me to plan my activities. And I do basically one of several different things.
1. lap swimming
2. basketball shooting and dribbling practice
3. weight lifting and pilates exercise upstairs
4. exercise bike or elliptical

The instructors are amazing, Andrea, Cindy and Suzie, Mo is another good one. There are a variety of classes for all.

Youth summer sports camp - Love the quality and variety of the big games. My son loved learning and explaining the rules of new games to us every day. Love the use of the private pool. I wish that could be daily or at least more days than 2 per week or some other ways to get out of the gym for more than just the 30 minutes at Edwards and pool 2 times per week. Any chance of a once-per-week field trip totally off-site? Don't want to increase the price much either to keep it accessible to the most families. It is great even if you make no changes.
I really enjoy the group classes at the Y, especially the spin class led by Laura and the body pump sessions. One suggestion is to ask instructors not to turn the lights off in the spin classroom. It makes you feel quite dark and cramped, which can be discouraging. Exercising should make you feel energized and alive, not like you're in a dark cave. Brightening up the space would make a big difference! Overall, the place is well-run, clean, well-equipped, and has great instructors. Worth every penny.
I love the pool and being able to swim. Love the sauna and hot tub as well. I attend yoga occasionally and really enjoy that class.
did not use programs or activities - great location and facility - Men's locker room can be a maintenance challenge due to poor ventilation but all else is great

The pool! The arthritis class is just what I need for these old bones. The instructor is very good at her job plus being warm & friendly. Also, I've made some really great new friends.
