I like the environment. The staff are really good. It offers many different types and levels of fitness. There are a few small issues, like in my class, we don't have enough bands for the group to use.

You have plenty of adult lap swim times which I like and great workout equipment.
I sometimes come here due to my working hours - while I may be done earlier in the afternoon there are times I am there 4-5pm and you have swimming available.
Also your pool times on Saturdays are more useful
The staff is lovely, It is clean and welcoming AND I love to swim in the pool!

Love the community involvement
I love the workout rooms available to get away from all of the folks in the weight and treadmill area. I have some immune system issues and it is great to have a quiet area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great staff. My wife and daughter had an awesome step-related class with a fantastic instructor. I enjoyed a real hot sauna as well.

Yoga basics was great for a beginner! I felt comfortable and instructor was informative and helpful.
All I can say is just an amazing place and I love it I will not go to any other facility anywhere else the people there are amazing the staff is amazing kudos to everybody for all they help and they're caring and concern help me with my transformation kudos to Elizabeth Patrick Liz Chris Sean even though he's not there no more and will all those names of people are awesome very good staff I highly recommend them in your facility to a lot of people God bless!!
I like that they have a pool,sauna and gym and nice stretching rooms and basketball courts.
Definitely helped me get motivated a lot more since I started going there.
Great facility, nice equipment, excellent class offerings. Would prefer more family pool times. VERY busy at times, but also may be due to lots of people making New Year's resolutions to exercise and may improve with time.
