I absolutely love coming to this Y location. It is clean, equipment and facilities are updated and well-kept, the staff is friendly. The classes are wonderful! And it is a special treat to use the jacuzzi and sauna after a workout.
Everything! Friendly staff, great hours. During the power outage I was even able to work from the YMCA. Everything feels very flexible and calm at the YMCA.

Classes
The time, class and people -arthritis class. It is ver y well done and time good for me, luckily; so I come often.
I use the gym: clean bright space, variety of available machines, pleasant helpful staff. I like the wide range of gym users of all ages, makes this elder feel like I fit in!
also tried a day bus trip and had fun...well organized, good value for $$.

My son enjoyed his time at camp. The kids were active throughout and worked well with the counselors.
I mostly use the workout room with weights and swim laps in pool. Great facilities, clean, friendly staff.

My son loved all the games in the Sports Camp. I think he loved the whole thing. I loved that pool time was included as well.
I go there for swimming exercises for my hips and knees. I like the fact that you have a ramp to get into the pool so you don't have to use the steps to get into the pool.

The activities and programs are awesome your YMCA changed and save my life it's a blessing a privilege and an honor to be a member at the Lakewood YMCA not only the staff is amazing courteous very helpful professional all the other members that come are awesome their friendly it's like a big family I love it I always recommend people to become a member there and when I can I bring my family and my friends there I have six grandkids I definitely will be bringing them very soon to participate in the programs and activities have a blessed day.
I really enjoy the deep and shallow water aerobics classes.
